Ever heard of Hotmail ? 🙂
and the fact that you can link your own domain to hotmail (admin.live.com) and with use of the Outlook Connector also use MS Outlook as mail client.
Hotmail also provides unlimited storade of email, so no more limitations of 6 or 7 GB (as if this was ever a limitation).
Exchange (Exchnage Labs) is free of charge (and advertising)for education users. I do not expect Exchange Online to become free of charge.
This reminds me that I do need to make a blogpost on the Microsoft email alternatives …
Hotmail..hmm..never heard of it 🙂
I can indeed use my own domain, but I’m unable to add more then one aliases to my mailbox…so Google apps is (badly enough :-() still the only possible way..
Free for Education users only? Don’t they wanna compete with Google Apps?
