Several of IBM’s business groups claim to have a unified communications strategy, but they have failed to articulate it clearly. Defining a common direction and reconciling different product architectures won’t be easy.

  1. I’ve read this article and I think it’s missing the point. IBM actually has quite an articulated story, and the article’s suggestion that “because it is coming from two different groups there’s a problem” is flawed.
