Slideshare shows what Twitter means for customer Service ?

Very very good customer service … instantly.

I make a lot of use of Slideshare. So when something does not work according to my expectation I am not happy. Today I tried to upload a presentation and although the presentation has 30 slides iSLideshare only publshed the first eleven slides. What to do ?

1. Say you’re unhappy on Twitter

2. Within 30 minutes I got a response from a Slideshare representative

3. We exchanged emails and my problem is solved within 1 hour after I reported it (1 slide with may logos gave issues)

4. I thanked Slideshare :-)
